Asia Top 10

TOP 10 TRAVEL DESTINATIONS OF ASIA

1. Lhasa, Tibet
One of the most fascinating cities in Asia, Lhasa has to be top of the list. Home to the iconic Potala Palace, Drepung and Sera Monasteries and Jokhang temple, this has to be one of the most spiritual places on earth. The smell of incense, yak butter and burning rosemary seems to linger in the air. Don’t let he Chinese visa and permit formalities put you off – just go!

2. Hoi An, Vietnam
Easily the most charming town in the whole of South-East Asia, Hoi An isn’t all about the tailors. There’s also fantastic food, an almost deserted beach and beautiful colonial architecture. Rent a bicycle and soak up the atmosphere.

3. Bhaktapur, Nepal
Not far from the capital, Bhaktapur’s architecture and UNESCO status easily lures travellers down its narrow streets. A great place to pick up pottery and other souvenirs, a walk through its crooked alleys feels like a trip back in time.

4. Luang Prabang, Laos
Often referred to as a tonic for the soul, Luang Prabang has something for even the most jaded traveller. There’s the fantastic temples and monuments, the incredible food, the tree-lined colonial boulevards and the orange-robed monks collecting alms. The relaxed atmosphere is so infectious it’s easy to get stuck here on your Laos holiday. Don’t fight it, just go with the flow.

5 .Angkor Temples, Cambodia
One of the few places that really does live up to all that hype. There truly is something magical about the incredible temple complexes at Angkor. Perhaps it’s the sheer volume of temples, the size, the intricate detailing, or the age of these incredible structures. Whatever the reason, scrambling through the jungle ruins and clambering up ancient steps, makes you feel like a real explorer when you are travelling through Cambodia.

6. Ko Tao Island, Thailand
Without a doubt Ko Tao has some of the best diving in the country. Brightly colored coral and tropical fish are the perfect bait for those seeking to gain their PADI certificates. But it’s not all about the diving; unlike many other Thai islands, Ko Tao has a real chilled-out feeling and beaches that are often deserted during the day – since everyone else is out diving.

7. Pushkar, India
Numerous temples, stunning Pushkar lake and a market you could get lost in, this should be an essential stop on your trip to India. Try to stop by in November and catch the Pushkar Camel Fair and see who wins the infamous longest moustache competition.

9. Everest Base Camp, Tibet
Better viewed from the Tibetan side, Everest fills those who view it with awe. Stay on the right side of the Everest Guesthouse for views of the mountain from your window. While, there you can also visit the highest monastery in the world at Rombuk.

10. Plain of Jars, Laos
The enigmatic Plain of Jars make a great day trip from Phonsovan. Rather than visiting all the fields one after another, it’s best to break them up with trips to local villages. There are numerous producing Lao Lao (Laotian Whisky) and some can even offer you lunch. Need some more inspiration or want to build your perfect South East Asia holiday? GSK Consumer enters breakfast foods category

GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare (GSK Consumer Healthcare), makers of popular health drinks such as Horlicks, Boost and Maltova, has announced its entry into the breakfast foods market with the launch of Horlicks Oats.

The company is launching the product in the four southern States first and will go national at a later stage. Jayant Singh, Marketing Director, GSK Consumer Healthcare, told this correspondent that “The national market for oats is around Rs.200 crore out of which the southern market accounts for around Rs.150 crore or 75 per cent so it makes sense to enter this market first.

The national market is growing at 25 per cent annually.''

The product will be launched in three packs — 200 gram (Rs.32), 400 gram (Rs.58) and the 1 kg pack (Rs.125).

The oats will be imported from Australia and packaging will be sub-contracted.

The company is targeting the urban population and according to Mr. Singh, “the product is targeted at those consumers willing to make healthy choices. It offers a three-way health advantage of lowering cholesterol, lowering sodium and being high in fibre.'' As a breakfast food category, Mr. Singh said that at Rs.200 crore, it is under-developed.

Eyeing opportunities

“If more serious players enter it, the category can grow. We have aggressive plans for the product and there will be big gains in growing the category and accelerating growth rates. We have the advantage of the Horlicks brand which is a trusted brand with a proven nutritional promise and are looking to extend it.''

Further, Mr. Singh said the company was looking at other opportunities for the Horlicks brand, “not limited to the breakfast foods category alone. However, we are still focussed on the powdered health drink business and are looking at recruiting more consumers and trying to upgrade them to premium categories like Horlicks Gold.''

GSK Consumer Healthcare has three manufacturing facilities in India — at Nabha in Punjab, Rajahmundhry in Andhra Pradesh and Sonepat in Haryana.

You might have had heard about this in your life if not then keep your eyes, ears open around your atmosphere because this is happening once in every 24 hours randomly among those 19% peoples having this amazing power/ability whatever the name you would like to give this God Gift.  I am not making you sleep, I hope but if it is so then you can take rest but you should come back because before this you only heard about these kind of powers only in Movies, Novels etc but this is the real truth you may knew that personality or might have had heard about.

What will you say if someone call you for meeting without actually call you by using traditional methods of communications, and an unseen power force you to go to meet that person.  I know you are now going to laugh but stop, you can be the next prey of this power.  I seen that personality and faced this kind of power you never know without facing this.

This is not magic, not a black magic but is "The Will Power".
Now its time to go to bed and rest of the real story I will discuss tomorrow.

15 years ago someone had a dream to built such an advanced learning institute that will have its own branches across the area he could cover in his life.  This is very interesting story but true as day and night.

I know you are now ready to scroll this boring text but stop, it is the start of that real truth and you will miss something if ignored this. Actually this story was started before 32 years when the birth of this person was. It was night and God sent one little angel on the earth on 29-March-1978 when all were sleeping except his family and near one's.

So … what was perhaps going to happen that a baby boy took birth on the earth.  Everyone was at that time trying to celebrate that moment.  Angels also tried their best to celebrate that moment.  I know you all are now want to go for sleep but it is your wish and I can not compel you to read this again boring text.  But again I remind you that you will loose something if, if you will not see the incidents happened till the age of 32.

Ok.....Lets describe headings of incidents happened.

  • Struggled Life
  • Less Convincing Ability
  • Short Tempered
Now you are will be thinking that these are not incidents, and it can happen with every one who has taken birth on the earth.  But let me make you clear that these are just outer shell of tortoise but for inner shell you have to take a long breath and then I will tell you the rest part of this story.

I can bet you that after reading about this person you will definitely trying to meet, contact or even want to write him because this story will generate several questions in your mind.  Bye and will join all of you later with rest part of story.
